  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • confectioner's sugar frosting (optional)


  • Roll half the dough into a large rectangle, spread with melted butter, sprinkle entire surface with cinnamon, (about 2 tsps), sprinkle with brown sugar (about 3/4 cup), and roll up starting at long end. Press edge into dough. Cut into 1 inch (or size desired) pieces and place in 9" x 13" greased pan, edges touching. Bake about 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. you can frost if desired. You can also add nuts and raisins before rolling. Delicious!
