1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 6 oz. sole fillets
juice and zest of one orange
juice of one lemon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Place oil in large skillet and heat over medium heat.
Place fish fillets in skillet and sprinkle with orange juice and lemon juice.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
Sprinkle with orange zest, chives, salt, and pepper and serve.
