CLAM CHOWDER

Ingredients

  • 3 cans Campbell's Potato Soup
  • 1 can Campbell's New England Clam Chowder
  • 1 can Snow's Minced clams drained
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 chopped onion

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in crock pot an let simmer all day. Top with additional cheese, Goldfish crackers or oyster crackers

This is a recipe from my Uncle Jim Poole who passed away several years ago but easy and delish!
