Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 10 1/2 ounce can of minced clams, drained
1 1/2 tbs minced onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder


Directions

Combine and mix well in small bowl.


Chill several hours to blend flavors.


Serve with vegtables or chips.


39 calories, makes 12 servings.
