CLASSIC CHOCOLATE GANACHE!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 14 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
  • 6 tsp unsalted soft butter
  • If desired: 5 tsp brandy or dark rum

Directions

  • melt all together and stir. Let cool a bit before pouring over cake!

Notes

This one never fails and mmmmmmmmmm Ganache is a great invention I must say!
