Why I Love This Recipe

This one never fails and mmmmmmmmmm Ganache is a great invention I must say!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 Cup Heavy Cream
14 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
6 tsp unsalted soft butter
If desired: 5 tsp brandy or dark rum


Directions

melt all together and stir. Let cool a bit before pouring over cake!
