Classic Koury Lebanese Kibbeh

Why I Love This Recipe
My great-grandparents migrated from Lebanon in the early 1900's and brought food, dance and culture from their native land. One of my favorites is kibbeh, which is at the height of Lebanese culinary cuisine.
