Clean Cookie Dough
1 14 oz. can of Chickpeas, drained and rinsed.
6 tbsp. Coconut Palm Sugar
3 tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp. Rolled Oats
1/8 tsp. Baking Soda
Dash of sea salt
1/3-1/2 cups. Dark Chocolate Chips
In a food processor, blend all of your ingredients together except for the chocolate chips.
Process until it forms a "smooth dough".
Add chocolate chips after, and mix with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Store in the fridge, in an air tight container.

Egg free so eat however much you want, with a spoon :)
