PrintINGREDIENTS
- Cake:
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 2 squares chocolate
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 square chocolate
- 5 T. Coca-Cola
- 1# Confectioners sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Make cake: Melt butter. Add cola and chocolate and bring to boil. Combine flour and sugar and pour cola mixture over top. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Mix well and add marshmallows. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 325 for about 50 minutes.
Make topping: Melt butter and chocolate. Add cola. Pour mixture over confectioners sugar and mix. Add pecan & vanilla. Pour topping over cake.
