Coconut & Almond No-Bake Balls
1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut
4 Tbsp coconut milk
4 Tbsp coconut oil
1 packet stevia
Add all the ingredients to a food processor, or mix in a bowl with electric beater, until blended and nicely mixed together.
Drop by spoonful on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Can add cocoa powder if you like chocolate.
