Coconut Cake with Whipped Cream and Bananas

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups grated coconut
- 4 eggwhites
- 100g chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggwhites stiff, add sugar and beat stiff again. Now add remaining ingredients carefully. Bake in a round cake pan, that has been buttered and floured, at a low temperature til the kitchen is filled with it´s great smell.
Cool, then decorate with
1 cup wipping cream, whipped
and sliced bananas
