INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 1
  • crushed ice
  • 2 parts coconut liqueur
  • 2 parts fresh lime juice
  • 1 part white rum
  • dash egg white
  • lime slice, to decorate
    •

DIRECTIONS

Put the ice into a cocktail shaker



Add rest of the ingredients



Shake vigorously until a frost forms



Strain into a chilled cocktail glass



Decorate with a lime slice
