Coconut Fruit Salad
2 cans of condensed sweetened milk
1 bag of sweetened shredded coconut
3 cans of mixed fruit or a mixture of
fresh grapes, cut up pineapple (chunks), cut up
peaches, cut up apples (chunks), and whatever fruit that you enjoy
2 packages of reduced fat cream cheese
Mix the milk and cream cheese and then add the fruit, mix well and then add the coconut. Refrigerate before serving.
