COCONUT ICING
Coconut Icing
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups butter
- 1 cup canned milk
- small can of coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
Mix together in a medium saucepan and, over med-high heat, cook until comes to a boil. Stir all the time. Boil for 2 minutes and pour over the cake when both are still hot.
