COCONUT ICING

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1 cup canned milk
  • small can of coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  • Mix together in a medium saucepan and, over med-high heat, cook until comes to a boil. Stir all the time. Boil for 2 minutes and pour over the cake when both are still hot.
