Desiccated Coconut 400 gms
Cashew nuts 5-6
Elaichi powder 1 tspn
Ghee 1 tspn
Milk made 1/2 tin
Silver wrap 1-2
Finely grate Almonds, Cashew nuts and Pistachio in a mixer grinder.
In a non stick pan add the Ghee, dry fruit mixture and dessicated Coconut. Stir for 5-8 mins till its golden brown.
Add Milk made and stir continuously till it separates from the side of a pan.
Keep aside the mixture and let it cool down for 15-20 mins.
Make small balls and apply silver wrap to it.
