2 (12 oz) cans pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup cream of coconut**
2 lemons sliced, optional
**must be cream of coconut - don't confuse with coconut milk or coconut cream.
1. Mix together pink lemonade, 1 cup water, and cream of coconut in a blender until well mixed.
2. Pour into large pitcher
3. Stir in 5 cups of water
4. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving
Makes 3 Quarts.
Options: for adult beverage substitute rum/vodka for water - adjust for strength.
