INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 30
  • 2 cups mochiko* (Japanese sweet rice flour)
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (12 ounces) frozen coconut milk, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Katakuriko* (Japanese potato starch)
