Coconut-Pecan - frosted brownies
1 (5 oz.) pkg. choclate pudding mix
1 1/2 C. flour
1 t. baking pwder
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter, melted
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 t. vanilla
1 C. chopped pecans
1 tub coconut pecan frosting
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, add butter, eggs, and vanilla, stirring until blended. Add pecans.
Spread batter into a greased and floured 15X10 inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack. Spread with frosting.Cut into bars.
