COCONUT PIE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups of coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 stick of margarine (melted)
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients well, and pour into pie shells.
  • Bake at 300 degrees until firm.
