COFFEE CAKE TOPPING

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chpd nuts, optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  • Blend the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake batter.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, bake 350° for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

You may bake this right away, instead of refrigerating overnight. It turns out just as well.
