2 tablespoons instant coffee
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup plus 1/4 cup sugar, divided
1 container (8 oz.) cool whip
1 graham cracker or chocolate cookie
Stir coffee and vanilla until blended. Set aside. Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Stir in coffee mixture. Mix well. Fold in cool whip. Pour into crust. Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
