COFFEE PUNCH

Ingredients

  • A)
  • 3-4 T. instant coffee
  • 3-4 T. cocoa
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • B)
  • 4 c. milk
  • 2 t. vanilla extract
  • 3-4 c. vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • Mix (A) and cool. Add (B) to (A). Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Add icream about 20-30 minutes before serving to allow ice cream to partially melt. You may substitute 1/3 c. Chocolate syrup for cocoa.

A nice, elegant punch.
