- 2 cups brewed strong coffee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Simmer coffee. Whisk in sugar. Let boil about 8 minutes. When it is chilled, it looks more like a syrup than when you finish cooking it.
