2 cups brewed strong coffee
1 cup sugar
1/2 t vanilla
Simmer coffee. Whisk in sugar. Let boil about 8 minutes. When it is chilled, it looks more like a syrup than when you finish cooking it.
Pairs Well With
Fill crepe with tiramisu cream. Use a little filling to help seal the crepe, rolling it to look canoli-like. Place a dollop of whipped cream on top. Dust the top with cinnamon. Drizzle coffee syrup over and around the crepe.
