Coffee Tip

My sister told me about this techique of making coffee. I tried it and love it. She saw it in a movie that she saw. Try it. It makes wonderfully strong coffee. I certainly can tell the difference.

INGREDIENTS

coffee beans
water

DIRECTIONS

We grind our beans in a burr grinder.

Place filter in coffee maker and put ground coffee in it.

PACK THE COFFEE DOWN (this is the trick)

Proceed with adding the water and starting the coffee maker.
