Cold Grape Salad
4 lbs. Red Seedless Grapes
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 to 1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Pecans
Wash and dry Grapes.
Cream together cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Fold grapes into cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the following as a layer on top of the grape salad.
Brown Sugar - according to taste.
Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
Pairs Well With
A shared recipe from a co-worker. It is a cool summer salad/dessert. You are never sure which one it is! Many servings, great for a pot luck or large family gathering.
