- ½ head purple cabbage, same thing
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- Step 1: place all ingredients, except for the vinegar and the celery seed in processor and pulse until thoroughly chopped and mixed.
- Step 2: Slowly add the vinegar to the mixture and the celery seed and continue processing.
