½ head green cabbage, cut to fit in the Food processor bowl
½ head purple cabbage, same thing
1 red pepper
1 cup mayo
½ cup vinegar
1 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cumin
Step 1: place all ingredients, except for the vinegar and the celery seed in processor and pulse until thoroughly chopped and mixed.
Step 2: Slowly add the vinegar to the mixture and the celery seed and continue processing.
