COLE SLAW

Ingredients

  • ½ head green cabbage, cut to fit in the Food processor bowl
  • ½ head purple cabbage, same thing
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup mayo
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cumin

Directions

  • Step 1: place all ingredients, except for the vinegar and the celery seed in processor and pulse until thoroughly chopped and mixed.
  • Step 2: Slowly add the vinegar to the mixture and the celery seed and continue processing.
