Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage head (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbls cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbls sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pepper

Directions

  • 1. Combine mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly
  • 2. Place shredded cabbage in medium large bowl
  • 3. Pour mixture over cabbage and stir till blended
  • 4. Refrigerate, covered, two hours or overnight
