1 pound Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 quart spaghetti sauce
1 10 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
10 ounces small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup onions, diced
Combine sauce and sausage in one bowl. In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, green pepper and onion. In a greased 9x13 pan, put 1/4 of the noodles and spread the cheese mixture over. Next add the remaining noodles and cover with the meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.
