Potato  Side Dish 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2# Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1 Family size can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Chopped Onion ( I use Red )
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 16 oz container of Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Grated Cheese
    •

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes


and mix until thoroughly coated.


Place in greased 13 x 9 Baking Pan and bake at 350 Degrees for 55-60 minutes
