- strip dill "fronds" and discard stems, coarsely chop dill

- or these are really cute put into molds chilled, and you are now as fancy as the poshest restaurants!
NotesI love flavored butters - always have - and now that I am growing my own herbs I have found it is so much fun to make and can really come in handy for cooking, or just jazzing up a slice of bread
