CONFETTI TUNA WRAP ~ PHASES 1-3

Ingredients

  • 1 can: (6oz) tuna, drained, flaked
  • 2 TB each: chopped green, red & yellow bell peppers
  • 2TB sliced green onions
  • 4 ts grey poupon Dijon mustard
  • 2 kraft deli deluxe 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese slices, halved
  • 4 large leaf lettuce leaves

Directions

  • This is a Kraft recipe, that came out of a “SBD living” free pamphlet I had delivered to my home, it came with a sample of a SBD snack bar.

  • 1 can: (6oz) tuna, drained, flaked
  • 2 TB each: chopped green, red & yellow bell peppers
  • 2TB sliced green onions
  • 4 ts grey poupon Dijon mustard
  • 2 kraft deli deluxe 2% milk reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese slices, halved
  • 4 large leaf lettuce leaves
  • Mix tuna, peppers, onion & mustard
  • Place 1 cheese piece on each lettuce leaf. Top evenly with the tuna mixture. Fold in both sides of each lettuce leaf, roll up.
  • Serve immediately. Or wrap individually in plastic wrap & refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Makes 2 servings, 2 wraps each.
