Connie's Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

2 potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 chicken boullion
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups water
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp milk
7 1/2 oz of Cheez Whiz

salt and pepper to taste


4 cups water


3 tbsp flour


3 tbsp milk


7 ½ oz of Cheez Whiz


Put vegetables in the 4 cups of boiling water with boullion cube and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, make a paste of the milk and flour. When vegetables are tender add the flour/milk paste slowly until soup thickens. Add Cheez Whiz until melted and completely stirred in.


Makes 6 servings.

My sister Connie made this while I was vacationing at her house. I could have eaten the whole pot by myself. Now I make it often. It's delicious and very filling. A great comfort food.
