Cookies and Crème Haystacks

12 oz. Cookie N Crème Candy Bar(s)

3-cup Fiber One Cereal

Unwrap candy and place in a microwave safe bowl. Melt candy in microwave on High for 1 minute, stir and microwave for 1 minute more. Stir in cereal.

Drop mixture by 26 spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes or until firm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Note: One regular size candy bar melts in 2 - 30 second runs in the microwave. Just mix in enough cereal to coat. This makes a smaller batch.

Variation: 1/4 C. semisweet chocolate chips, 2 T. Peanut Butter and 1 1/2 C. Fiber one cereal. Supposed to be 9 servings at 1 point each.
