1 pkg. White Cake Mix
3 egg whites
1-1/3 c. water
2 Tblsp. veg. oil
1 c. coarsely chopped Oreo cookies
(about 12 cookies)
1 container Butter

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease
and flour two 9-inch round cakes pans.
Combine cake mix, egg whites, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed with an electric mixer until moistened. Beat at med. speed for 2 min. Fold in 1 c. cookies.
Pour into prepared pans. Bake 28-31 min. or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 min. Remove and cool completely. Frost.
