Corn Avocado Salsa

Serves 6 to 8 | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time

Ingredients

1-1lb. bag frozen corn-thawed and drained
3 avocados
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 limes, juiced
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
your choice of hot pepper


Mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite nacho chips.

This is a recipe my daughter Nicole got from a friend. We think her friend forgot a chile pepper.
