Corn Avocado Salsa
This is a recipe my daughter Nicole got from a friend. We think her friend forgot a chile pepper.

- 1-1lb. bag frozen corn-thawed and drained
- 3 avocados
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 limes, juiced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- your choice of hot pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite nacho chips.
