Why I Love This Recipe
I got this from my mom who got it from my Aunt. I have no idea where it came from before that. It is VERY easy, and it is always a big hit. I always make it for Thanksgiving dinner, but I will also make it other times throughout the year.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 eggs, beaten
1 16oz can of creamed corn
1 16oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 8oz box of Jiffy cornbread mix
4oz shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven at 350
Mix all of the ingredients (except for the cheese) together in a round casserole.
Top evenly with the cheese. I like to add a little more cheese!
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
