- 4 Slices of Bacon
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can of Evap. Milk
- 2 Cups of Half n Half
- 2 Cans of Corn
- 1 Cup of Water
- 2 Cans of Creame Corn
- 5 Potatos
- chop bacon into small pieces
- finely chop onion
- peel potatos and cube
- in a pot medium heat - cook bacon until brown - add stick of butter - when melted add onion and cook until clear - add corn and cook for 2 min - add cream corn and cook for 2 min - add evap. milk and stir - add half n half and stir - add water and potatos. turn heat down to low and let it set for about 45 min stirring occasionally.
