CORN DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
  • Medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies

Directions

  • Beat together cream cheese and ranch mix. Add bell pepper, ripe olives, corn and green chilies. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

This recipe won first prize at the 2005 Iowa State Fair. So you know it's good AND fattening. -Liz
