CORN DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 can Mexican corn, drained
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 can chopped green chiles
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Mix all of the above and add cheese at the very last. Serve with Fritos or crackers.
