BackstoryThis was one of my grandmother's recipes that we call "Post Toastie Candy". Every year, my mom, brother and I make cookies and candy to give to neighbors and friends, and this candy is always a hit.
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white Karo
- 1 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
- 6 c. corn flakes
- Bring to slow boil sugar and Karo. Remove from heat. Add crunchy peanut butter. Stir until creamy, pour over corn flakes; mix well. Form into balls and place on wax paper to cool.
