Corn Flake Candy

This was one of my grandmother's recipes that we call "Post Toastie Candy". Every year, my mom, brother and I make cookies and candy to give to neighbors and friends, and this candy is always a hit.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white Karo
  • 1 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 6 c. corn flakes

DIRECTIONS

Bring to slow boil sugar and Karo. Remove from heat. Add crunchy peanut butter. Stir until creamy, pour over corn flakes; mix well. Form into balls and place on wax paper to cool.
