- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white Karo
- 1 12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
- 6 c. corn flakes
- Bring to slow boil sugar and Karo. Remove from heat. Add crunchy peanut butter. Stir until creamy, pour over corn flakes; mix well. Form into balls and place on wax paper to cool.
NotesThis was one of my grandmother's recipes that we call "Post Toastie Candy". Every year, my mom, brother and I make cookies and candy to give to neighbors and friends, and this candy is always a hit.
