- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 c corn kernels, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp shortening
- 2 eggs
- Combine flour, salt, powder, and sugar.
- Add milk and corn.
- In separate bowl, combine shortening and eggs - beat well.
- Add to flour mixture.
- Cook like pancakes over medium heat.
