CORN FRITTERS

 

  • Cooking Time: 5minutes
  • Servings: 3 to 4 dozen
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 t. baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together except for oil. Set aside pour 2 to 3inches of oil into heavy sauce pan. heat to 365. Gently drop batter by tablespoonfuls into oil; heat until golden. makes 3 to 4 dozen.
