CORN PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 drops vanilla
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • pepper
  • dash cinnamon or nutmeg-optional

Directions

  • Mix all. Put in 2 1/2 qt casserole dish that has been sprayed.
  • Bake 1 hour or until set.

Notes

This is very easy to throw together.
