- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1½ tsp. salt
- 2 cup whipping cream or regular milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 10 oz. frozen whole kernel corn
- Preheat oven at 350 F. Spray baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. Whisk together eggs, and milk. Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; stir in corn. Pour corn mixture into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Baked at 350* for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
