INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 6-8
  • 2 cups fresh (or 1 package frozen corn)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups light cream
