4 sweet corn ears cooked and shelled
2 cups almond milk
6 whole eggs whipped
6 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP vanilla
2 TBSP buckwheat flour
1/4 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 oz. butter cut into small pieces
water for bain-marie
blueberries for decoration
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl blend all ingredients except butter and place flat on oiled baking dish.
Put butter throughout mixture.
Bake in bain-marie for 1 hour.
Decorate with any berry if you'd like.
