1 lb. crab meat
2 stks. butter
1 yellow onion (chopped fine)
2 tbsp. garlic (chop fine)
3 cups chicken broth
1 can whole corn
1 can cream corn
1 cup flour
1 pt. half & half cream
1 pt. heavy cream
4 stks. green onion (chopped)
Directions
Melt butter & sauté yellow onions & garlic for 6 to 8 minutes
Add both cans corn, chicken broth & blend in slowly the flour
to thicken ,then cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes .
garnish with green onions .
