CORN AND CRAB SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 2 stks. butter
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped fine)
  • 2 tbsp. garlic (chop fine)
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 pt. half & half cream
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 4 stks. green onion (chopped)

Directions

  • Melt butter & sauté yellow onions & garlic for 6 to 8 minutes
  • Add both cans corn, chicken broth & blend in slowly the flour
  • to thicken ,then cook on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes .
  • garnish with green onions .
