Cornbread Casserole

Serves 8-12 | Prep Time 5-10 | Cook Time 40 to 60

Ingredients

1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 can corn drained
1 can cream corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 to 2 cups of grated cheese


Combine all ingredients.


Pour into pan and cover with foil.


Cook 40 min. to 1 hour in 400 degree oven.



Uncover and top with cheese (amount to your liking).


Cook again until cheese is melted.



Note: If you want thew cheese to be a little brown on top kick on the broiler and brown to your liking.

Im in the middle of moving and couldnt find my corn pudding recipe. Yours was closest to mine so I made it tonight and it was great. Thanks I used swiss cheese
