Cornbread Muffins with real corn!
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 ears of raw corn
Preheat over to 425
Mix together dry ingredients into bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until consistant (cut corn off cob before putting in mixture)
Grease your muffin tin, and fill cup about half way making sure all the cups are even!
Bake for 20-23mins keep your eye out for yummy golden brown tops.
Take out of pan and slice the tops asap. Stick a little margarine and honey inside and enjoy!
