Cornbread Salad
I am not exactly sure where my mother first got this recipe but its been a staple at pretty much all our family gathering, its what we have to bring or every one is not happy.

INGREDIENTS
- Pre-made cornbread (I have used store bought and package mixes and its been just fine. We usually use 2 package mixes made to direction. Let cool)
- 1 1/2 tomatoes diced
- 1/2 diced bellpepper (medium size)
- 1/2 diced white onion
- about 8 slices crispy bacon crumbled (can add more to taste)
- Miracle whip salad dressing (we usually use the medium size jar it's pretty much to eye you want it moist but not to moist)

1 tomatoes diced

micacle whip salad dressing we usually use the medium size jar its pretty much to eye you want it moist but not to moist.
just mix all together and enjoy store in the fridge best the next day
stays good for three days
