CORNBREAD STUFFING
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- corn bread
- cherry tomatoes
- green onions
- corn kernels
- butter or oil
- beer
DIRECTIONS
Chop corn bread into cubes; put in baking dish. Sauté cherry tomatoes, scallions and corn in butter or oil. Deglaze the pan with beer, then empty the pan over the corn bread. Bake in an oiled dish until hot and lightly browned on top.
